Pets are allowed, and an additional cleaning fee is required: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called, and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit; there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, with no exceptions. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
