One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
