It is situated just 11 miles outside of Phoenix and 4 miles outside of Scottsdale, near beautifully landscaped parks, botanical gardens, and wildlife preserves such as the Hayden Butte Preserve. You can also enjoy the close proximity to the Phoenix Zoo, Scottsdale Civic Center, Tempe Diablo Stadium, and Kiwanis Park.
The fire pit is unavailable until further notice. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a minimum age requirement of 22 years old, except for students/interns. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee between $100-$300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy.
