Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am EVERYDAY. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. No parties or events/gatherings. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Guests must be 23 years of age or older. Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches their ID, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. A rental usage agreement governs the terms of the stay. There are noise monitors installed in the units that measure noise levels in decibels; if tampered with, there will be a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. Lost or unreturned keys will incur an $80 fee for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25/hour, with 24 hours' notice. A $500 late check-out fee will be applied for delayed checkout. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors, so keep the keys on you.
