For units that permit pets, pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measure noise levels in decibels; if tampered with, there will be a fee. There are security cameras in the hallways for security. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
