Lovely apartments for a good price
Gem apartments is beautiful and modern property in a good location. What it lacks in amenities by being a smaller building (no pool, gym, etc), it makes up for with added benefits of updated kitchens/bathrooms, free parking, no pet rent, and a very reasonable price for how lovely the units are.
