The worst customer service
From front desk staff to manager I had to deal with in the last couple weeks - absolutely THR worst customer service!!!

Outdated and Underkept
This apartment building is affordable with the contingencies that most of the units will have lots of maintenance issues and the building itself is not kept very clean.

Good first apartment
Good for a starting apartment, a little loud but that’s not the apartments fault. I like how the payment includes everything and it’s a good place to have a pet too

Love it here!
Love living here! The pool is so fun and the entire property is so pretty and full of plants! Also my dog loves the dog park and many grass areas around the complex!

Great property
It’s an amazing place to stay. Maintenance is great. They always show up on time. Shuttle service is good as well. No bugs and that’s the biggest plus for me. The view from my balcony is amazing too. Highly recommend if you are an ASU Tempe campus student.
