Overall very scenic and nice. Just the amenities are a little lacking and it would be nice to see more commitment to them, without a price raise.

Service was rendered promptly on the day I requested it to happen, and the property manager on duty called me to make sure it was okay for the service person to come in without me there, which is important to me on a case-by-case basis because I have pets.

Management sucks -- Hmm... Common theme here

Cam Properties payment system overcharged me by nearly $900 two months in a row. I was instructed that I would be paid 14 days AFTER I MOVE OUT with my security deposit.

Apparently, Camp Properties doesn't have to pay contractors, employees, etc. because "their payment system isn't set up for that".

Air Conditioning worked well in my room (mostly because my roommate got literally none). Traffic is loud AF and elevator was consistently broken.

With that said, the latest update we have is that the… monies will be given back to you in a matter of days. We thank you for your patience and understanding. It has been a pleasure to serve you and we hope this is resolved as soon as possible

Stay away!!!

The management really sucks; all they care is to fill their pockets. There is absolutely no security here; bikes get stolen all the time and they don't even care. There is also no peace and privacy here; neighbors are so loud and noisy 2 pm 3 pm at nights and guess what they don't still care.
They charge you more than $100 a month for water not to mention the place is already overpriced. This is the saddest part, they hold a raffle every 6 months and ask you to post a good comment in order to… let you in.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OR YOU WILL BE IN A SERIOUS TROUBLE FOR A YEAR!!!
