I've had a great experience at The Howe Apartments. The move-in process was simple, organized, and stress-free, which made settling into my new home easy from day one.
One of the things I appreciate most is how spacious and comfortable the apartments are. The floor plans offer plenty of room to live, work, and relax, making it feel more like a home than an apartment. The community offers large two- and three-bedroom homes and is conveniently located near Loop 101, making commuting around the... Valley very convenient. (The Howe Apartments)
Parking has never been an issue, even when arriving home later in the evening, which is a huge plus. The nightly patrol also provides added peace of mind and helps create a comfortable living environment.
The location is another major benefit. With easy freeway access, getting to work, school, shopping, or entertainment is quick and convenient. Having the Escalante Community Center right next door is also incredibly helpful and provides additional resources and activities close to home.
Overall, The Howe offers spacious apartment homes, a convenient Tempe location, and a comfortable community atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home in Tempe.

Beautiful apartments
I'm thrilled to have found the Howes, I was searching for a spacious 2 bedroom apartment and I’m so glad we found the howes which surpassed my expectations with its beautiful design, high ceilings, and stunning window views. I’m in love with the apartment's perfect layout, along with the spacious master bedroom is ideal for me, especially since I was expecting a baby. I also appreciate the security at night, which gives me peace of mind, and the two balconies are a wonderful added feature. These... apartments are in a class of their own. Overall, I feel very comfortable in my apartment and love spending time at home.
