Roach infested. Rust everywhere. Unaccountable management
Terrible that someone I know moved in here. Roach infested. They don't clean before move-in. They said so themselves. Rude staff. Rust in most appliances yet they call it move in ready.

Worst apartments I've EVER lived in... By far !
So to start these apartments are ROACH and SCORPION infested !! If you can get past that the pool is always closed because they don't pay professionals to take care of it. Instead the maintenance guys do it and definitely don't know what they're doing. Speaking of maintenance and it took over three months after me moving in to get stuff fixed that was supposed to be fixed prior to moving in ! I complained multiple times and always got an excuse.. I had to threaten to take it to tenant rights for... them to finally get it done. On top of all of that they are so cheap they have 2 landscapers that do the property so they LITERALLY CONE 5 days a week ! As soon as my lease is up I'm gone ! And never looking back. I've never taken time out to complain
about apartments in the past, but I wish someone informed me of all of this before I moved in...

San Lucas Apartments
Lived here for four years. Love the variety of floor plans, washer/dryer in each unit and pets allowed. The landscaping is nice and maintained weekly. Management is community oriented, often hosting special events for the residents (ie. 4th of July pool party, back-to-school drive, breakfast, etc.)
This is home.
