Participating residents may receive reward points in exchange for posting a review during their lease term, regardless of the nature of the review.If you are a student attending UC Berkeley, I strongly recommend this community/building. It's situated at the heart of downtown Berkeley so it's very accessible to all the restaurants, grocery stores, and transportation. It's also very close to the school, so you can save a lot of time for commute. Lastly, the maintenance staff is great and will promptly repair any issues.
