A package disappeared from outside my door today in less than 30 minutes. This is the second time this has happened.

What concerns me most at this point isn’t even the theft itself, it’s management’s response. I went downstairs immediately hoping they could help check cameras or at least look into what happened. Instead, I was told they’re not responsible and that I should send future packages to my office.
We live in a building that specifically provides package lockers and controlled access. Telling residents to have their deliveries sent somewhere else because packages are disappearing from inside the… building is a pretty remarkable solution. I’m not expecting management to personally guard every package. I am expecting repeated theft inside the property to be treated like a problem worth investigating. Very disappointing management response when something actually goes wrong.

Location is great and the community manager is very nice. The gym is small and lacking - there is space for a different gym but new management is developing it into more apartments. The rent increase on lease renewal is extremely high.

Old appliances, easy to broken and difficult to get replacement

You need to spend a lot of time and energy to maintain your apartment. the apartment makes your worrisome. The appliances are old here and the it is very difficult to ask for replacement from Vespaio. I never have the experience with other apartment. The Washer broken twice in two weeks. Right after I moved in, it was broken. They planned to replace the old one. But they didn't instead of replace the spare parts. Then after two weeks, it's broken again. I asked for replacement. From Sunday to… now , 4 days passed. I haven't received the feedback. The washer is still broken. No idea how I can do laundry this week.
