I’ve really enjoyed living here so far! I think the only issue I’ve had is the packages - you can never know where it’s delivered and it makes me nervous if it’s not in the Amazon locker or in front of my door.

I love the building! Recently, we had a work order where we had a small leak under out sink. We filed a work order at around 10pm at night and by 9am the next morning, it was fixed. We really appreciate the maintenance staff.
I also had a great experience renewing our lease with the leasing staff. The whole team is fantastic and are always extremely kind and friendly.

Toured

i toured with aliece the assistant manager and she did an amazing job. i was running late and she still took me.

pros: the building is very well upkept, modern appliances in the homes, really great outdoor terraces with great views
cons: size of the bedrooms are on the smaller side for me personally

looking forward to coming back to tour a 1 bed

The area around is pretty boring but the building is top tier. As good as it gets in terms of convenience if you work in the Fidi area. Everyone is a tech bro
