Improvement since last year. Good new management. I enjoy the downstairs coffee machine and snacks. I do wish that study lounge was open after 10 pm but I understand why it’s not.

Really enjoy living in this apartment. It's an amazing location with access to so many public transport, restaurants, and parks. The service team is amazing because they are so quick with repairs and responsive. The only complaint I have is that smell and noise travel through the vents.

Modera Berkeley offers a clean, modern living space in a prime location. It's just a short walk to campus, BART, groceries, and restaurants—super convenient for daily life.
My unit has great natural light, updated appliances, and an in-unit washer/dryer. The building is quiet and secure, with solid amenities like a rooftop lounge, gym, and bike storage.
Management is responsive, and package lockers make deliveries easy. Rent is on the higher side, but the location and quality make it worth it.... A solid choice for students or professionals in Berkeley.

Love the building and community. I think that sometimes the community doesn’t prioritize cleanliness. Not the staff the residents. Most times the trash is not thrown down shoot
