The Enclave at Homecoming Terra Vista

I am very disappointed with the communication and overall security at Enclave Apartments. Following a recent shooting on the property, management provided very little direct information and only directed residents to contact the police or review a public link, without any clarity on whether the incident involved a resident or an outside individual. This lack of communication has left residents feeling unsafe and uninformed.
In addition, there have been ongoing security concerns, including... mailboxes being broken into, forcing residents to pick up mail from the post office for weeks. Security at the gates also feels inconsistent, and there is little visible control over who is entering the property.
There is also frequent loud music that management does not seem able to control, which adds to the overall disruption.
For the amount of rent charged, there is a reasonable expectation of stronger security, better communication, and more effective enforcement of community rules. This is also a warning for anyone considering moving here to be aware of these ongoing issues. Read More

We are starting our third year here at the Enclave. It became our home very quickly. Kim the manager, Riley and the rest of the staff always take care of any concerns brought to them. The place is well maintained and has beautiful grounds. We have never asked for assistance with anything that was not addressed immediately. The maintenance department, grounds keepers and night staff are always around to ensure everything is taken care of. This is the best place we have ever lived in. The... neighbors are super friendly. We have community gatherings hosted by the staff that allow us to get to know each other more. There is no other place we would rather be. We can't name every person individually but can tell you there has NEVER been an issue that has not been addressed and resolved immediately. I’d like to share my experience living in these apartments. The only reason I am leaving these apartments a 1-star because of their Maintenance and Groundskeeping staff. Manny and the rest of the crew are the sole redeeming qualities for this complex.

However, my 3-year stay here has been tarnished by the apartment complex’s towing policies. It appears they choose to single out residents for towing based on their personal preferences. Last night, my vehicle was nearly towed for the... second time, and this practice is simply unfair. Residents who choose not to park their cars in the garage overnight for any reason should not have to worry about their vehicles being towed. But don’t worry, for $150 a month you can park your car in one of the MANY open spots without the scare. We pay a premium for these “luxury” apartments, and the $450 tow fee is ridiculous. This places a significant financial burden on residents, especially those on fixed incomes like me through VA disability.

It's disheartening to see such a great place affected by this issue but overall, each year has got worse and not better. I hope my feedback leads to positive changes in the future.

I enjoyed living at the Enclave at Homecoming. They offered great amenities and their leasing manager Jessica was great and always very helpful. I definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking to rent.

Really great staff to help with the moving in process. The apartment was in great shape when we moved in and once we got in we have found it be a great community, the amenities are first class, everywhere is well presented and maintained, there's kids playing outside. Very happy with our choice.
