New tenant
Moved here with my family almost 2 months ago and love the community. Only thing is I don't have a big enough patio for my kids to play but overall I recommend

Happy Retirees at Linden Court Townhomes
We have been here almost 1 year and we love it. We like the area quietness and safety of the community, which is well kept--feels like a real home. No more hustle and bussel of the South Bay (beach area), which we left. Love the scenery of the nearby surrounding mountains and easy freeway access. Office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. If there are any problems, they are addressed immediately within 24-48 hours. We like their Active Building Community... website which can assist in expediting matters. Townhomes are pricey, but we do love the extras of the garage, washer/dryer, central A/C and heating which is included. We are looking forward to a very long residency at Linden Court, if the price is right.

These townhomes are very nice but they are a little pricey because the location is not ideal so for the price that most apartments go for around here this is a lot.
