Caliber at Flatirons

The best We busted multiple rental locations in the valley and Caliber was the best! Olivia, who was so kind to give us a tour even though I messed up the appt., was really so spectacular in comparison to everyone else we met at other companies, it should be an embarrassment to those other complexes. . Caliber is beautiful and they don’t gouge you for short term leases like the others do! Give her a raise! I’d live there just to see her more often!

Love living here! I have lived here for about a year and a half. First, the home is amazing. Plenty of room for my family. The amenities are great - we love the pool in the summer and the hot tub all year round. I use the gym and it’s always clean and the eucalyptus towels hit just right. The staff is friendly and helpful. We just recently needed maintenance - the closet lights went out - first maintenance issue ever! Everything else works perfectly and is high quality. Loud neighbors Either I have the loudest neighbors in the world or the walls are so thin I can hear everything - have taken to wearing noise cancelling headphones after work because emailing the office didn’t seem to yield any change - and the “quiet” hours start at 10pm

Nice apartments, good staff Caliber at flatirons is a fine place to get an apartment. It is quite expensive and the auxiliary charges are quite high, including water, trash, sewer, and two or three others. But, the strength is in its people. Whenever anything goes sideways or needs maintenance, the staff is right on it. There is rarely any delay, and they are quite expert and remedy any issues. The staff in the office are very approachable, and very understanding. I enjoy the community events... that they have, the pool is well maintained as are both the exercise room and the yoga room. They are very comfortable. I would encourage anyone to give Caliber at flatirons consideration for their housing needs. Read More
