Why don’t our computers work in front of our building Fusion 355 is a beautiful Space but we pay hefty HOA fees and a lot of our benefits go unattended. There are Computer situated outside our buildings which should allow us to easily let Gus enter without us going down to let them in. And they used to work properly and now they don’t. Fusion 55 you need to fix this. Unacceptable.

No notice of entry into our residence. My partner and I went online to make a maintenance request, and after the maintenance request received a voicemail saying that they could schedule a time with us to do the maintenance. We did not confirm anything with them or give them permission to enter. My partner and I subsequently came home to a notice that the work had BEEN DONE, and that someone had entered our apartment. Not only did we not give them permission, we also didn’t even speak with them... on the phone that day to give any sort of indication that we wanted them to enter at the time, only that maintenance needed to be done. After then leaving them a voicemail informing them that they violated our lease, they have yet to reach out to apologize to us in 4 business days.
On top of this, management has numerous times lied to us about the maintenance around the building. One weekend our upstairs neighbors were being exceptionally loud, so I called and asked if there was maintenance going on above us, which I was informed there was maintenance going on. After 3 more days of incessant noise I went upstairs to ask my neighbors if they could be quieter, only to find out there was no maintenance, construction, or work of any kind being done, confirmed by the neighbor themselves.
Management lies to you, will break into your apartment if they want to, and will not hesitate to make something up if it’s an easier way out. And they won’t even acknowledge what they’ve done.

Leaky sink Maintenance responded with in a couple hours and fixed it quickly, lucky it just needed tightening .
