Cleanliness: The window sills, fans and some shelving are very dusty, some spots have stain.

Access to loading dock: we were told the loading dock would be open till 6pm but it was closed at 5:30pm. We had a last load to be unloaded at 5:30pm but the person in the office would not reopen the dock. He’s the same person who told us that morning that the dock will be opened till 6pm

Lease renewal Just renewed my lease for the fourth year. Generally happy with the apartment location and services. Only two frustrations. Charging situation has remained an issue since I first moved in. Also would be happy if they would wash the outside windows more often so that I can better take care of my great fuse.

Review Complex started off great when it was newly built but lately it seems like the maintenance has gone down especially the landscaping and upkeep and updating. If these issues are addressed the complex could again become a premier complex.
