Five-Star Living in Broadmoor Bluffs

We have spent two enjoyable years at the Pines at Broadmoor Bluffs, and are sad that we have to leave. A truly unique residence in the upscale Broadmoor Bluffs neighborhood in the middle of a pine and scrub oak forest. Peaceful, quiet with abundant open spaces and wildlife.

It has been a pleasure to deal with Shannon and Erica in the management office; they are friendly, professional and promptly address any outstanding issues or concerns.

Aubrey, the maintenance supervisor, is prompt,… professional and efficient when his services are required.

All in all, a five-star residence and great place to live. We will look back at our time here with fondness and warm memories.

Overall GREAT Experience living in this community. From the very beginning, even months prior to sign the lease, the employees were very communicative and responded in a timely manner. The location is peaceful. The community is kept cleaned, and the neighbors are very respectful.

Most of the time a quiet area. Parking can be challenging especially when garages are use for storage and the tenants have 2 or more vehicles.
