Overall GREAT Experience living in this community. From the very beginning, even months prior to sign the lease, the employees were very communicative and responded in a timely manner. The location is peaceful. The community is kept cleaned, and the neighbors are very respectful.

Most of the time a quiet area. Parking can be challenging especially when garages are use for storage and the tenants have 2 or more vehicles.

Living at Pines at Broadmoor Bluffs has been an incredible experience! The spacious floor plans, peaceful neighborhood, and responsive management make it a truly special place to call home. Nestled in a serene, wilderness-like setting, we’ve enjoyed encounters with wildlife like bears, bobcats, deer, and even turkeys—it’s like living in a nature retreat! The stunning sunrises and sunsets, along with the occasional sound of the bugle from Fort Carson, add a unique charm.

The sense of community... here is unmatched, with friendly, long-time neighbors who embrace a slower-paced lifestyle. It’s the perfect spot for singles and couples who enjoy connecting with others, keeping their blinds open, and sharing this peaceful environment. We absolutely love it here!
