This place is the Fort Knox of noise, so if you are a noisy person this is 100% the place for you. Once inside your apartment, you can't hear anything through the walls and neither can your neighbors. you get a bit of bleed in the common hallways, through the doors, but otherwise? 10/10 and one of the biggest reasons I moved here.

We just moved in and I could not be happier with the experience. Jennett in the leasing office was a true superstar! We did a virtual tour on a Friday and had our lease signed by the following Thursday, moved in Saturday. She made the process super smooth and was very communicative and sweet as could be.
Our unit was tidy and in good condition when we arrived. Great bones and easily feels like home after a short time.
We haven't had a chance to explore all the amenities yet, but I'm excited to... try out the hot tub and the gym!

Lived here a few years and love the place, Excellent location, 360 degrees of restaurants. Best place to walk a few blocks in any direction and find an activity from Baseball to great bars and hangouts

I’ve had a disappointing experience at Cortland on Blake. While the location is convenient, there are several issues that made my stay less than ideal. Maintenance requests take an unreasonable amount of time to address, and even then, the fixes feel temporary. The noise levels are also a constant problem, with thin walls that do little to block out sound from neighbors or street traffic. For the price, I expected a much higher standard of service and amenities. Cortland on Blake has potential,... but it definitely needs improvement to match the luxury it advertises.
