Great Community

I’ve lived at Novus for a few years now and by far Karen and Megan have been the best management so far. They make this place feel like home and always have a candy jar! Great sense of community. Highly recommend.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

The staff was consistantly rude and dismissive. None of their amenities functioned as advertised. They have been "building" a cafe in the lobby for over 2 years now. They raised parking fees 600% overnight. The parking garage doors are always broken. Stay away from Novus

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear your experience at Novus was not what you had hoped for. As a bonus for signing a renewal lease, our residents were offered free parking for a limited time. Upon expiration of that lease... term, current pricing is then applicable. We understand that can feel like a significant jump, but it is in line with our market pricing and is the same price other residents pay for parking in our covered garage. Our amenities are occassionally closed temporarily for maintenance and servicing, but they are quickly re-opened for the use and enjoyment of our residents.

The best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Gorgeous views, amazing amenities. Most importantly, the staff is friendly and super helpful.
