The apartment itself is ok and the balcony is nice but over the summer there was and still is in some units a roach issue. They only deal with it with weekly spray from pest control. The complex is ok if they can get a handle on the roaches.

I rented here, the water was always cold, it was infested with cockroaches and the front desk seemed always out to lunch.

So far, I am enjoying the apartment and community. They made the move-in process so easy and made me feel welcomed. The apartment was ready for move-in when I arrived. The neighborhood is quiet. My kids love it so far, they have made new friends already. It is close to everything I need. The apartment itself is spacious and I get lots of light.
There are a few small things that are annoying, but they are not a huge deal or worth removing any stars over:
1. my windows don't lock
2. the vent in... the kitchen makes an awful and loud noise and I don't know that it actually works at all.
3. the vent in the bathroom is also extremely loud and makes weird noises as well
4. there is a clicking sound I hear at night that is in the wall, it might be the heat from other apartments, I can't really tell
5. I wish is that the washer in the laundry room was cleaned, it has some build up.
I am super happy I moved here!

We love living here, my sister can go outside and play with her friends and everything is organized. Also the people at the office is really helpful and nice!
