Allegro

The last 3 years of living in the Allegro have been mostly positive. However, there are a couple significant unresolved issues. Firstly, we have experienced rats / other pests running, scratching, and squeaking through the walls and ceiling of our apartment and completely taking over the trash room. It doesn't seem like the building is taking a real interest in solving this issue. Additionally, I have requested lights in the courtyard with the grills for several years now. This would be a safety... feature and allow folks to use the amenity up until the courtyard closes for the night. I received a call from the property manager a year ago letting me know this would happen as it's an extremely easy addition, but there has been no progress on this.

This is a great neighborhood and close to metro. Building does have issues with pests that maintenance is working to address. Staff is very helpful

This is my first apartment alone and all the staff has been so helpful in getting me settled and feel more comfortable. I am very happy with the apartment from move in day to now.

I have enjoyed my first 6months of living at the Allegro apartments I feel Safe and secure. Considering the conditions that I endured from previous living conditions. It's quite and comfortable.

I enjoy living here for the most part. The staff are friendly and the rent is reasonable. However, we have had some issues with pests, bad smells in the stairwells, and noisy neighbors. Also, I have repeatedly requested lights be installed in the courtyard, but there has not been any update on this.
