Absolutely morons must work here?!
The worst issue of course is the complete lack of security. There are terrible problems with the youth crime right in front of the building. The teenagers keep coming inside the building, they show middle fingers, act aggressive with the residents, and present a terrible danger? WHERE IS THE SECURITY? The windows were SHOT at and broken, an apartment was shot at..and the building hires a "guard" for one or two days a week, who just sits on her phone. We need... security 7 days a week INSIGNIA!!? Does someone have to die before you do something?!
EVERY month i get overcharged..always wrong charges, always getting reassured it will be fine, but it keeps happening. Lets also talk about the consistent package and mail failures. Always false package notification, always mail issues, sometimes packages just go missing. I am disappointed in the new management almost as much as the old management. Not only i don't reccomend this building, i urge people to never consider it! Save yourselves the generic silly response and instead actually do something to address these issues!!?! Read More

The unit is very pretty and the amenities have been great so far. There were some issues that I had with the unit on move in but management has addressed most of them so far.

The building has been great except for the elevator issues as of late. It seems like only one or two ever work at a time and waits can be inconvenient.

Great property. Convenient . Metro accessible.. I most definitely would recommend if you’re thinking about it just do it this will be the perfect place to call home.

In nine months of living here they have never managed to have more than one elevator working at a time. If you're on a top floor you'll have to leave your apartment 10 minutes before you want to be in the lobby due to the wait. If you're coming back from work around 5pm you'll have to wait in line for 15 minutes as the single elevator makes multiple full trips up and down. Management claims that they have been unable to get the remaining elevators serviced... for 9 months now...
