Great Management
I’ve had a really positive experience at Modern on M. The building is maintained, the staff is professional, and management is responsive when issues come up. One thing that really stands out is the leadership from the general manager. He genuinely seems to care about the residents and works hard to make sure concerns are addressed quickly and respectfully. You can tell he takes pride in the property and supports his team well. Having strong leadership like that makes a huge difference in the... overall atmosphere of the building. Definitely one of the reasons this community stands out.

My resident experience has been great. My fellow residents are polite, courteous, friendly, just to name a few. As for the staff, they are professional, helpful, and are always willing to take a moment out of their busy schedules to assist you with a problem, or just to give a kind hello. The maintenance crew are always there to assist you. I would highly recommend friends and family to become a part of the family here at the Modern On M

Love living here! I’ve been here two years and have never had any major issues. Staff are friendly and quick to respond! My building is always quiet, sometimes I forget that I have neighbors. I definitely recommend living here.
