My resident experience has been great. My fellow residents are polite, courteous, friendly, just to name a few. As for the staff, they are professional, helpful, and are always willing to take a moment out of their busy schedules to assist you with a problem, or just to give a kind hello. The maintenance crew are always there to assist you. I would highly recommend friends and family to become a part of the family here at the Modern On M

Love living here! I’ve been here two years and have never had any major issues. Staff are friendly and quick to respond! My building is always quiet, sometimes I forget that I have neighbors. I definitely recommend living here.

Maintenance staff is the most attentive I have ever had in any building. Staff is overall knowledgeable and helpful. Modern buildings are clean and well attended to. I can’t speak for the classic buildings. Neighborhood and location is close to the action and connected to the rest of DC given its close proximity to the metro. Only slight downside is it can get loud and windows aren’t really the best at blocking noise. However, i do not notice any noise from my neighbors which makes up for it.

I love my unit at the classic I love n respect management team n our maintenance team what I don't like is having to deal with weed smell I get along with alot of the residents n the dogs I get along with the concierges
