Portland Flats Resident claiming to be Mary and her boyfriend stole my uber eats order the night of 10/24/2025
This is my first night in my new apartment and after a long day of moving I had my food stolen. I don't feel safe having anything delivered here knowing that neighbors will lie and steal.

Despite parking rent being $195, there are often issues with the garage doors. Twice the garage has not let me out, making me significantly late to work.

I really wish they would update the fitness room. The screens on the ellipticals and treadmills don't work, one or two are always out of service, quite a dull place and does not motivate one to visit. The pool is small and only available 3 months out of the whole year. Community events have dwindled and when they do take place, it is often during ours when most people are at school or work. Need to see more value for the amenity costs.
