Great building and activities

Parc Riverside has been a great building to live in. Love the rooftop and the pools. Callum and Autumn organize fun activities and I’ve met lots of neighbors.

Parc riverside luxury living

EXPENSIVE!

Being a resident of Parc Riverside Community I can definitely say that the leasing staff is very helpful, the maintenance staff is clueless, especially when it comes to the HVAC system, within a six month timeframe, I’ve seen a lot of people move out and if you don’t have a sizable income, you won’t make it. It’s very expensive to live in that community because of the high cost. There’s rent (of course ), amenity fee, rental insurance, trash. As far as the utilities are concerned, if you’re not… in a utility discount program, your electricity will cast you up to $500 a month and water & sewer bills will be up to $350 a month. You’ll be using lamps to see to minimize your electricity bills.There’s nothing for kids to do but swimming and the pool only opens for one hour for families with kids and this only happened twice during the summer on the East side, not the West. Living in such a luxurious place, you should at least be able to enjoy your place, not walking on pins and needles wondering if you’re gonna be able to afford next month’s bills. Enjoy life and your family, don’t put yourself in a situation where you have to struggle financially. It’s not worth it.

Great Community

I’ve lived here for 4 years, and while every building has quirks, Parc Riverside’s leasing office goes above and beyond to take care of residents. The events are well thought out and leasing is always looking for ways to increase the resident experience. Shout out to Callum for his friendliness and event involvement!
