I love living here! It’s right next to the metro and next to King Oyster Bar for some great happy hour specials. Shoutout to Omar, the main desk assistant! Because he always brightens my day. Not only him, but everyone that works here for putting up some great events for our building.

Love living here not just because of the amenities, or my apartment, but of the community I have built with residents and with the staff that works here. Will, April, Wade, Dione, Cheryl, Omar, Ty, Tyrese and many more people make this place run smoothly. If ever I need anything, I know that I can go to any one of them, and they will handle any concern or question quickly. I could not imagine living anywhere else.
My apartment is so homey and lovely, the amenities have stood the test of time,... and if ever I need a replacement, I can call it in. Fantastic place!

After living here for 8 months I can confidently say RESA is an amazing place to call home. It’s clean and pet friendly with great amenities. Not to mention being conveniently close to so much NoMa has to offer.

Just moved in. The process was a bit hectic as I did not know where the loading dock was nor how to access it. I wish instructions had been sent about that. Other than that things have gone smooth so far.

I have loved living at Resa over the past 2 years. I recently found out I will be moving across the country, but if I was staying in DC I could have seen myself at Resa for many, many more years.
