Very nice and clean building. Management is great as well and very responsive. The only thing is I wish there was a little more storage space throughout the apartment and a proper pantry in my specific unit. Otherwise, the area is close to union market and some grocery stores and it doesn’t get crazy over here. The metro being right there is another plus! I also loveee the apartment events!

Maintenance and cleaning teams are awesome! Front desk folks are always very welcoming. Amenities are great, except for a pool that is 0.5 ft deep.

Regarding the pool, I wanted to clarify that what we have... on-site is actually a splash deck feature rather than a full swimming pool. It’s designed for lounging and cooling off, but not for swimming. I’ll make sure our team reviews the amenity descriptions to ensure that’s clearly communicated moving forward.

So far I love the 202. The move in process was a little stressful with the loading dock, but we already submitted a maintenance request and our problem was taken care of so quickly
