I love the 202 Apartments, its in a great area, helpful staff, and amazing amenities. With it being so close to metro it makes my commute around the city so easy. I would highly recommend looking into renting here!

So far, I've been really happy living in this apartment. The management team really cares about residents' feedback. Any time there's an issue, they respond quickly and take care of it right away, which makes me feel well taken care of.
They also organize monthly events for residents, like Resident Appreciation Day in June. These events are super fun and a great way to meet other neighbors and the staff. It really adds to the sense of community here!

We have enjoyed certain aspects of living in this apartment; however, our overall experience has recently been significantly affected by extremely loud construction directly next to our unit. The noise often begins as early as 8 AM and has continued for many weeks, including both weekdays and weekends.

We understand the need for growth and expansion in this area, but it feels as though this focus sometimes comes at the expense of the comfort and well-being of current residents. When we raised...
these concerns with management, their response was not particularly helpful, and no meaningful steps were taken to address or mitigate the disruption.

We feel it’s important to note that this environment may not be ideal for residents who work from home, families with young children, or anyone sensitive to noise or sudden disruption.

We share this feedback so that future residents can make an informed decision and so management might consider a more balanced approach moving forward.
