This is a pretty good complex. Staff are helpful and pleasant to work with, I like the location, neighbors are cool. My only note was a handful repair issues that arised my first month that happened in close windows of time but once that hurdle was overcome (and maintenance staff took care of all of it), I really have enjoyed it here. I think the pricing is pretty good compared to adjacent similar properties. A courtyard and lounge on the ground floor (and a gym) are nice to have. Staff are no where to be found which makes the whole place a free for all. Exit door had the handle ripped off and it wasn’t fixed so anyone could come and go without a key. Whole place smells like wet garbage and nothing in the gym works. Breaking my lease and moving out of this disgusting place.

AVA H St. is phenomenal. The staff is great and the location are the best. It's really hard to say what would be my favorite part about this apartment, but i'd say the community. Everybody is very nice and respectful, but also know how to have a lot of fun. You can probably find me people pre-gaming in the courtyard for a night of fun while grilling and mingling with friends.
