Only 4 star as I am new here but from the beginning tour to moving in, Ive interacted with office workers and residents with no issues! Everyone seems respectful of the building and others living there. The amenities are really good as well on top of the events the office holds for the residents. A steal for the area we are in, big plus is being directly across from the stadium!

The leasing office is great. Very helpful and communicative! The 24/7 concierge is very helpful and makes me feel safe. Navy yard is a fun area and I’m excited to explore it.

The gym isn’t up to date. It is always really hot and the treadmills are always down. The free weights don’t go up very high. I was told there would be upgrades and it’s been over a year.

Our team has checked the temperature, and during those times it has been comfortable; however, we understand we aren’t able to monitor it 24 hours a day. If you notice the issue occurring at specific... times, please reach out to our team so we can address it promptly.

The Kelvin is an amazing place to live. The staff is super nice, the building is beautiful and clean and the area is really fun. I would like to address one issue that has been negatively effecting me recently and that is the elevator outages. I have noticed that the main two elevators have been frequently breaking and it has been frustrating at times. I really hope this issue can be addressed so that my experience at The Kelvin continues to be great.

The kelvin is a great place to live. The team here is incredible. Everyone from the front desk to maintenance is genuinely friendly, responsive, and always willing to go above and beyond.
