Centrum Lakeview Apartamentos

The apartment itself is beautiful - it has everything I wanted and in a good location BUT the building management is the absolute worst part about this apartment. I just recently moved in with my partner and as if moving wasn’t stressful enough, having to deal with Kass Management added 10x more stress to the process. I was dreading living in this apartment before I even moved in.

The two biggest problems I’ve seen with Kass is their lack of organization and their lack of communication (which... are really important for a management company in my opinion). There were multiple instances where they sent the incorrect info to us - incorrect address, incorrect move-in instructions,... which caused a lot of confusion on our end. I understand that people can make typos/mistakes, but the number of times this happened resulted in a lot of frustration for me. For example, we were having issues setting up our utilities as Kass was in control of the account. I requested to transfer the account to us 2 weeks before move-in, but nothing was resolved and we ended up moving in without utilities set up. In addition, they left out information for our garage parking spot upon move-in which requires a code to get in, so we had to find (and pay for) separate parking in the city for several days until we got a response back.

In addition to mixing up info, they are extremely inconsistent with their response times. First off, their agents don’t take any phone calls, and they won’t call back if you leave a voicemail. They claim that email is the fastest way to get a response, but I would sometimes be waiting days for a response. I often had to send multiple emails with the same questions in order to push a response from them.

Overall, I really love the apartment itself. It’s modern, open layout, great view/lighting, but the management company is the sole reason I’m leaving 1 star. Lee mas
