Ivy at Sylvan Apartamentos

This is the first time I have ever felt the need to write a review of something online. In the interest of fairness I should say that the location is very good. However, the service provided by Hyde Park Property Management has been awful. I moved into my first apartment and the stove, multiple outlets, and a sink didn't work. There were other things wrong with the apartment but these were the most serious. I had to be moved into a new apartment which is better, however the HPPM charged me for... both places for days before I even moved into my new place. I cannot get in touch with them and they haven't even sent me a lease for my new place. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but from one person's experience I would say never rent from HPPM.
