One Superior Place

Been a resident for ten years. Maintenance staff is prompt and efficient. The building is kept very clean.
If you like the smell of weed, this is the place for you! It’s prominent on nearly every floor and comes into your unit all day and night through the vents. Nothing is done about it and you will just get snarky responses from the management office.
Rent has gone up astronomically (10% the last two years) and for the older building and what you get it’s just not worth that kind of money... .
Air conditioning is horrendous. Unit will not get below 70 degrees at any given time.
The building leases out several hundred units to Kasa which is Airbnb’s. This presents its own set of problems.
Elevators are out of date and the fire department had to come and rescue someone off of one of the elevators earlier this year.

Living at One Superior Place is a dream come true. Management's ongoing commitment to cleanliness, speedy response to resident issues and overall genuine care and concern for its residents is at the highest level of service expectations. The good Lord will I hope to spend my remaining years right here at OSP. They will definitely "leave the light on for you!"

So far, the amenities stand up to par. The amazing views of the apartment is what got us and definitely still amazes me when I walk in to my place. Love how dog friendly this place is!

If you enjoy leaving your apartment then this is not the place for you. The fact that all 3 elevators servicing my floor have gone out of service more than once while I've been living here for the past 6 months is absurd. 1 of the elevators hasn't been functional since I've lived here, so even when the other 2 are operational they are often packed, and take forever.

One Superior Place has excellent management, security, and maintenance. One Superior Place is excellent as there respective staff noted above are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous to the me. I truly recommend One Superior Place to anyone looking for a fabulous apartment building to live at. In conjunction with One Superior Place’s staff. The building is near all modes of public transportation. Not to mention One Superior Place’s close proximity to excellent restaurants.
