Renter beware

I lived here for a while a few years back. The place is falling apart, there are no locks to get into the building and it's in one of the worst parts of town. Adding to that the property management company is awful. There are a few management companies you should avoid in the area, Townsend, Pittsley, Star, and these guys, CLA apartments.

If you want cheap, this is it. It's one of the cheapest places in the areas and it shows. The interior of the building is unfinished, the steps outside are... cracked and broken. Rent at your own risk.
