It’s almost July and the pool hasn’t been opened d yet. Lots of trash, the valet service does not pick up trash on a daily basis so if anything gets left outside the squirrels or birds get to it and it get strewn all over the place. My unit was horrible when I moved in, dirty and the AC wasn’t working. Lots of bugs and dog waste. I’ve witnessed one drug bust already and I’m pretty confident a dealer is operating out of one of the buildings across the street. I can’t go outside without smelling... weed (I’m totally cool with it but I don’t always want to smell it). Don’t even get me started on the motorcycles without tags racing through the complex.

The first day I moved in here the AC wasn't working, the stove didn't work and the place was disgusting. There is dog waste and trash all over the property so watch your step. Zero response from the property management team regarding some of the issues I had at move in (The end of August and its now mid October)

I cannot believe how much I was charged per month for such poor service. The change in management has been handled poorly at best. My move-in paperwork was lost and my service tickets were forced closed and never completed during the transition. When I put tickets back in for repairs, most of them were closed without resolution. For the entire year the laundry facilities were closed and the pool was never opened. Not only did I not get all of the amenities that I paid for, but they actually... wanted to increase rent year over year. The only reason I was able to keep my cool for my time there was because Lupita at the front desk was so sweet and empathetic. I've never felt so ripped off in my life.

The property management team is AWESOME. Both Milani and Lupe were knowledgeable and patient with answering my many questions about the property and the area. I believe the Property Manager is Ms. Vicki. She is leading a customer service based team. Great job Emerald Place. I will be submitting my application in the Summer.
