I love living here! The staff is amazing and is always so helpful. The amenities are great in the location is key. My dog is very happy. He has plenty of space to Rome and enjoy himself.

Quiet neighbors, solid neighborhood, and no real complaints. Amenities are fine, not amazing, but they get the job done. The property is kept up well, landscaping is always clea but often early and loud
and the walls do a good job blocking noise. Overall a comfortable place to live.

I’ve been living at Sawyer Heights for over 10 years now and I recommended it to friends looking for a place to live then & I’d still recommend it to friends now. That says a lot if you think about it.
