Back in the first half of the 2010’s, I had been working in Houston but living in Northeast Tennessee where I’m from. It had gotten to the point that I was tired of the long distance I had to travel when I went on days off. By the time I really started looking, I already knew the area I wanted to live in. I had chosen it for the location but I hadn’t decided on exactly where I was going to live. Granted, there’s quite a few more apartment buildings that have been built around here since then but... at the time, Sawyer Heights Lofts really stood out to me. After I toured Sawyer Heights, I didn’t look much longer because I had found the place I wanted to live. And in September of 2015, I became a resident of Sawyer Heights Lofts and I’ve been happy with my place the whole time. Most of the maintenance & office staff have been around for as long as I have. We all know each other, most by name, and we all speak when we see each other, which actually says a lot about how nice they are. So this is a big kudos to all those folks in the office or in the maintenance shop that I know, because all of you have made my stay here better in many ways and I would just like to say “Thank you”. The things you do & the way you treat people still matters and it’s always appreciated…at least by me anyway.

Sawyer Heights Lofts is a really great community. The staff is been very attentive to any concerns. There are community activities for tenants to enjoy. There is even a day off from cooking with the weekly food trucks. The location is in walking distance from everything you (and your pet) needs. You’ll love being able to grab a coffee in the cafe in the mornings and chill out in the library in the evenings. You can shoot pool with family after work on Fridays and/or take your tea and blanket out... to the meditation space and relax on a Saturday morning. There is something for everyone and many things for YOU.

I have lived in this apartment complex for over 10 years, and I truly consider it my home. Over the years, I have built a strong sense of comfort and familiarity here, which I value greatly. However, while my overall experience has been positive, I believe the complex would benefit from upgrades and modernization. Improving the condition of the property and updating common areas would enhance the living experience and better reflect the loyalty of long-term residents like myself.
