I have lived at The Oliver for about a year and a half now and love it here. The staff is awesome, especially Norma, she brings great energy, is very responsive and keeps the place running well! I definitely plan to renew

I just moved into The Oliver, and I couldn’t be happier! The location is perfect—close to everything I need, with great dining and shopping nearby. From my tour of the property to the signing of my lease and important information to my move in, the Oliver has been great! I love the location, the amenities and the staff has been friendly and welcoming! I’m excited for my time living at The Oliver!

I highly recommend living at The Oliver. The apartment complex is nearly new, with all amenities in excellent condition, and the area feels very safe. I like training in the gym with the downtown skyline as a view.
I want to give special thanks to Bert from the leasing office. He provided a thorough tour, answered all my questions, and made the leasing process seamless. On my move-in day, Bert went above and beyond, ensuring I was well accommodated by reserving the elevator and loading dock.... His support and welcoming attitude made my transition smooth and enjoyable.
If you are wondering about the train noise, you can barely hear it, it’s impressively quiet.
