Easy, Fluid and all around amazing! I had the help that I needed and the respect I deserved management was patient and work with me around my work schedule to assist me in the leasing process and get me worked out and moved in!

So far we’re very happy with our move in experience. The community is quiet, and our space is huge. Everything was so easy to connect. The large utility room with the washer and dryer is a huge convenience. The valet trash pickup is so helpful as well. Parking is not an issue. All the appliances are basically new. We love that the entire apartment is hard flooring. We just hope the pool opens!

At this point I’ve dropped my rating down, first I still love the location, the apartment, the staff is friendly and answer all questions maintenance is good and they keep the community clean, it’s also safe. My issue is with the residents and their lack of respect and consideration, the noise level inside the apartment is horrible day and night. The loudness of music, tv, video games, stomping, running, dragging whatever, from one end to the other etc. The front gate doesn’t accept your code... all the time and those drivers who enter through the out gate. Still overall it’s a nice community.

Apartment are a good size but that is the only good thing I can say about this complex. Not safe, cars get broken into, staff is not friendly, and now pool is closed indefinitely.
