Sierra at Fall Creek Apartamentos

The apartment wasn't properly cleaned. I took pictures of the washroom with stuff between the washer and dryer. Trash and dirt on top of the hot water heater. My move in process was a hassle. I work graveyard shift and told them that I would be there to pick up my keys at 9am when they opened, I didn't get my keys until almost 10am. Then the keys that they gave me didn't work, so I had to walk back down 3 flights of steps, go back to office and tell them that the keys didn't work. The process to apply was so easy, and Jamilah was so helpful. Everything is done electronically, which makes it so simple and efficient. I’m looking forward to living on the property again.

I love the location and it’s pretty quiet for the most part. What I don’t like are the pool hours being changed because of tenants not following the rules. It’s unfortunate because the hours are unreasonable. Most people don’t get of work until 5 or 6 which leaves no time to get in the pool in the evening. There are a few improvements needed, but it’s a nice area overall.

This experience has been great everyone’s so friendly and helpful. And not to mention the apartment is so spacious and let’s not get on the amenities…..

I have been living here since 2020. It feels like a home now. Very comfortable and nice experience I had all these years. The staff of the property is very helpful and nice.
