I’ve lived at Sierra at Fall Creek for a little over four years. The management office team is wonderful. They are friendly and resolve issues quickly. The maintenance team is great — they are friendly, respectful of the property, and fix any issues you have. The apartments are spacious and gorgeous. The community is quiet yet friendly. Sierra at Fall Creek is a great place to call home.

I lived here for about a year. It is pretty quiet for the most part. The staff and maintenance crew are cool. If I need anything fixed in my unit, it doesn’t take long for that to be resolved and I appreciate that a lot.

It’s been okay! A few of the amenities aren’t up to as best standards as I believe they should be for “Luxury Apartments” but they’re manageable. I’ve had issues with my dryer since I moved in, the parking is horrible, and maintenance orders take weeks to be addressed. Other than these few things it’s been nice, and pretty quiet other than my downstairs neighbors and their surround sound system they blast at all hours of the night.

First moving in was awesome. We didn’t expect anything almost like luxury and very spacious, but after a few more weeks staying in, there has been roaches everywhere the dryer giving out, the knob on the microwave broken, looks like someone glued it on, the stove top broken two out of 10 would not recommend.
