I picked The right aptment

Cortland Avion Shadow Creek has been a pleasure to stay at so far. The office staff especially Leanne, are great! The community is very nice and friendly..I really appreciate it here I’m so glade my friend told about this place

For the cost of rent and the lack of problem solving from broken appliances and filthy apartments to billing issues! We were being charged a late fee on my rent when I had to pay by money order to move in! Not to mention dog hair waxed into the floor and painted within the walls! Also I was charged for a dog that we don’t have and I’m still being charged for the admin fee of $249! Their is better out there and do not settle for Cortland Avion at Shadow Creek please save yourself the headache
