Great community to live in. Amenities are excellent, specially the pool by the lake. Management is very responsive and maintenance is quick, friendly a gets the job done. Overall great experience in the first year living here.

My experience at Cortland Nona has been disappointing due to inconsistent management and lack of professionalism from certain staff members.

A recent situation was handled in an unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational manner, creating discomfort and embarrassment instead of being addressed respectfully. What was most concerning was the inconsistency in how policies were enforced, as similar situations involving other residents were not handled the same way.

While the property itself... has potential, the overall experience is negatively impacted by how residents are treated and how situations are managed.

I believe there is a strong need for better communication, professionalism, and equal treatment across the community.
