For as expensive it is to live here I would hope to have better flooring, bathtub is dangerous because you guys spray paint it. I have fallen but have taken measures to prevent me from falling. My refrigerator and stove is just OK. It has a lot of wear and tear but still workable. I did receive a new washing machine and a new dishwasher and a new thermostat and I am grateful I do enjoy so much. The staff is friendly , environment is safe and it does feel like home. I hope one day to have my… apartment updated ,my brother used to live there 20 years ago so your place is pretty old and in need of upgrades.This rent is definitely higher than what I think it should be but I do understand times of changed.But if it goes up again I will have to move and this is sad because I love it here

Have been living here a little over a year and have had a great experience! Staff is friendly, maintenance team is friendly and efficient. There are always fun events planned and we are notified which is a great way to discover what’s going on in the community as well as visits from local food trucks! A fun place to be!

It is really a nice place to live. It’s so nice to have the catering food trucks come makes it easy when you don’t wanna cook dinner. It’s also fun when they do events for the community. It is pricey, but for the convenience of being around shopping, everything is pretty much within a 10 mile limit.
