Horrible Experience So Far
I have had a plethora of issues (all fixable) with clear and effective communication and basic customer service. This isn't the worst apartment I've lived in, but far from the best.
The issues I've experienced:
1. Roaches
2. Dirty apartment at move in
3. Delayed move in which resulted in additional costs
4. Pool has been closed since I moved in
5. Common areas are neglected (not cleaned often enough)
6. Damaged baseboards, doors, and blinds upon move in
7. Smelly AC unit - emits a strange... odor.
8. Vehicle towed due to my temp tag expiring over the weekend (Saturday) and my car was towed Sunday - the DMV refused to give another til it expired as I'm waiting for an out of state title transfer.
The list grows each week I'm here unfortunately. Mind you, I'm a former leasing professional and many of these things are preventable. Maybe my standards are too high for this community, but at bare minimum common sense things matter to most people looking for their next home and would add value if effort was applied appropriately.
