Cortland is a great community. The area is beautiful with so many nature conservation areas and being in the middle of a neighborhood. The staff is always quick to respond whether it's a maintenance request or a question to the Leasing office. I've been to a few of the community events and they're so much fun and allow me to meet my neighbors.

I have found my forever home

I love Cortland Independence and have been living here since 2021. The apartments are gorgeous and feel more like condos. Hands down the best staff ever. They truly care about you and always make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend this community and will love living here as much as I do.
