Excellent community with all the amenities. Girose helped us through the move in process and made it so easy. The location is superb where trader joes and halcyon are just at walking distance.

We're in the middle of moving and trying to get settled in. Rose was super nice and kept us informed throughout the application and move-in process. She was on top of everything and exceeded our expectations. Couldn't have been a better experience. We're happy to be here and hope to be for a long time.

What caught our attention most about the condominium were the amenities and proximity to shops, shopping malls, walking trails, nature and the ease of taking the highway to anywhere.

I am happy to call Venue my home. Out of all the communities I’ve lived in over 15 years in Georgia, Venue is the best! Staff are wonderful, floor plans are more than adequate, the grounds are beautiful, the amenities are amazing! My only issue unfortunately are the few residents that do not comply with keeping the community a five star one. Some leave trash in the breezeways, (empty cans, candy and chip wrappers, and garbage out on non pick up days.)
