I like this apartment mainly because of no Cockroaches.....We have a walking trails nearby....The maintainance is really good.One problem is the kitchen appliances is old ....

So far so good. Rent is higher as compared to other communities in the nearby. Cleaning must be given utmost priority. Staircases and other open areas needs to be cleaned at once in a week.
