Windward place is a family friendly residential community in Alpharetta.The maintenance team for addressing work oh orders quickly within 24 hours .the maintenance is a clean and well kept environment.

Community is good, amenities are good and well maintained, however management needs to concentrate on cleanness especially common staircase and breezeways.

My experience as a resident has been very positive overall. The community is well maintained, clean, and provides a comfortable living environment. The management team has been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever assistance was needed. Maintenance requests have been handled in a timely manner, and the staff makes an effort to ensure residents’ concerns are addressed. I appreciate the safety, peaceful atmosphere, and the amenities provided. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience... living here.
