Great place to stay with friendly maintenance staff
I recently moved to windward. The move in experience has been smooth. The maintenance has been great. Wonderful people and great kept community. Loved gym too with many equipmemts and space to exercise.

Well kept apartment! The staff is very friendly and the maintenance team is very quick! Been here for 2 years and i have no complaints. Clean environment and the trail behind is beautiful!

Overall good, I am loving my stay here. However, the management should seriously address the roaches issues.
Location is nearby to major retailers like Costco, Publix, Walmart, Taget.
