There have been many areas where the community needs significant improvement. The common corridors are often not cleaned properly and are full of dust, which gives the property an unmaintained appearance. Regular cleaning and upkeep of shared areas should be a basic priority.

Maintenance requests are another major concern. Requests often take more than five days to be addressed, and even when someone comes to fix an issue, the problem is not always resolved properly. Residents should not have… to repeatedly follow up for the same maintenance issue.

Considering the high rental prices compared with other nearby communities, the level of service, cleanliness, and maintenance does not justify the cost. There are other communities in the area offering better-maintained facilities and more responsive service at similar or lower prices.

This apartment has very Good school district for all grades. Not much amenities. But good neighborhood. And near to the grocery stores like public, kroger etc.,

Is a great community. You need to feel comfortable being surrounded by families and kids who play outside. The apartment is beautiful and great for the rent value. I live across the dog park, and it is super convenient when you have dogs. The leasing office agents and maintenance are super helpful and welcoming.
