Woodhaven at Park Bridge Apartments

I am giving a 5 star because this is a really nice place to live. I have 5 + years leaving in this community and I always feel secure, respected and truly appreciated. Mr. Kurt and his team including maintenance team are the best and very professional people. The location of this community and the schools are the best of the area. We have many restaurants, beautiful parks, grocery stores, North Point Mall and Avalon around the corner and is very convenient for every body. I absolutely loved this property! It is beautiful, well maintained, and the community feels very welcoming. The manager who assisted us was amazing ,very kind, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. We already submitted our application and are very excited about the possibility of moving in.

Overall, my experience at Woodheven has been pleasant. The community is clean and generally well maintained, and the environment feels peaceful and family-friendly. The location is convenient and the surroundings are nice for daily living.

One suggestion would be to have a dedicated space in the community for activities like yoga or small gatherings. Sometimes residents may want a place to celebrate events or come together for community activities, and having such a space would make the... experience even better.

I’ve been living here for a year and a month now and things have been going well, I’ve only had one noise complaint that I myself issued due to screaming children of all hours, since I work from home (the apartment) I have to have a quiet environment, this is unfortunately an ongoing issue that shows no signs of correcting itself, but that’s my only complaint. Everything else? It’s fine, it’s clean, and everything is close by.

Move in process was glitchy. Eventhough the move in date was learnt so early, I was told the morning I was moving, that they need more time. After having back and forth calls, I got the keys to the apartment by the end of the same day.

After signing the papers and writing the check, I got into the apartment to see that it was not cleaned properly. Floor, microwave, stovetop oven, fridge, washer and dryer were all dirty and I had to clean them myself.

Water flow and draining was slow in the... wash basin. Shower handles are all loose. There are burnt stains on the floor. There are no carpets even in the bedrooms and the cold hits the feet very badly. Plumbing is rusty in many places and I'm apprehensive to touch them because they may simply break if I touch.
